Front Tooth fracture in children

Did your child fracture his front tooth due to a fall? It's not uncommon for children to lose or fracture their front teeth. If it happens emergency dental care will be needed to restore normalcy. At times a simple dental filling will do.

Here's a useful tip. Do not discard the tooth or the fracture part. Preserve it in either saline solution or clean water. Bring it over to the clinic immediately and we may just be able to use the tooth or the fracture part.

Children pursuing sports ar prone to such accidents. We recommend a mouth guard to protect their teeth. Customised mouth guards can be fabricated to suit the needs. This prevents minor accidents from leading to major dental ememrgencies.

Very often teeth can be irreparable. This could lead to a functional and aesthetic compromise very early in children. Don't let fear come in between your child and his goals.
